Below are some rider comments from Enduro Himalaya giving you an idea of their experiences...

Having travelled by motorcycle to many amazing places, including Mongolia and India it was going to have to be something very special to wow me. Wow. What a route! The places we saw, the people we met, the support and organisation we experienced made enduro Himalaya the most incredible trip of my life - Thankyou.

I have ridden the south of India with Enduro in unbelievable weather and that was tough, this challenged in a very different way, the height and some of the drops were fantastic, every ounce of concentration is needed to complete the challenge. Team and support were great.
|
Jeffrey Stewart I rode India with Simon in 03 and then again on a more extreme trip in 05, this was the pinnacle though, the sheer size and beauty of the place is enough to blow you away, then add to that the bikes themselves and it makes for a very interesting mix. An unforgettable trip.

I have ridden Enduro India and always said I would be back if the enduro team moved up north - the moment they let me know a Himalaya rally was being planned I signed up, there organisation and leadership cannot be faulted. The Himalayas trip topped it all. When's the next one?

Colin Lillywhite
I have been riding in these amazing mountains for many years now and they never lose their impact, I have planned routes for many companies in the Himalayas but to work with Enduro is the highlight, their attitude and bloody mindedness means we always get the job done - Here's to next season.

Being the Dr on the main Enduro India has taught me all about what can be achieved with strong leaders and good communication and friendship amongst the team - Enduro really are leagues ahead of the rest in terms of organisation and routes, Simon and Colin are motorcycle riders made in heaven.

I've ridden with Enduro before and to come back and ride the Himalayas with a small group was truly awesome. Now I get it Simon! Keep up the great work. See you in Africa.

I've always wanted to go to the Himalayas, it's the ultimate playground for bikers with balls, the terrain tested us everyday and the team got us all through it with a professionalism rarely experienced. They never lose their sense of humour but always remain in control when it counts. Bring on Italy.

India 03 was a life changing event for many of us, but the Himalayas is in a league on its own on earth, one would have to go into space to challenge oneself more on a motorcycle. Thanks for another experience of a lifetime.

Everything it said on the tin, and more. Well done, see you again.

The Himalayas! You simply can't put what we've just done into words, get off the sofa and go do this trip.

To ride to the highest motorable pass in India and get and Enfield Bullet up to 17000 feet is incredible, it's down to great planning and strong teamwork, we were honoured to have been invited on the first ever enduro himalaya and will never forget the madness and beauty of the Himalayas.
